Oregon Core Transfer Map (CTM)
The Core Transfer Map (CTM) is a statewide agreement consisting of 30 general education credits. It ensures that courses completed as part of the CTM will transfer from any Oregon community college to any Oregon public university and be applied toward credit requirements.
The CTM is not a degree or certificate, but is recorded on a student's transcript to indicate completion of this set of general education coursework.
